How it works
Keep it simple.
Send us the key details upfront: the gear you need, the dates, and the location. WhatsApp or a call is usually the fastest option, but email works well too.
We usually reply in under 2 hours, often faster when the main details are clear from the start. If you are not sure what setup makes sense, we can help with that too - whether you need a full bundle, a few individual items, or a mix built around your plan. Also don't be afraid to ask about anything you didn't see on the site, we might have it and just not posted it yet.
Delivery, pickup & returns
Delivery depends on the order, but we cover the whole island.
We deliver across Sicily. Larger orders and multi-day rentals are no problem anywhere on the island. Smaller orders are easiest to handle across Eastern Sicily, including the Syracuse, Catania, Etna, and Messina areas.
If you need a smaller order delivered further away, that can still be possible. In that case, we confirm the delivery cost based on the location and the value of the order. For bigger orders, delivery is free.
Pickup is also possible in Catania and the Etna area. Returns are flexible and arranged case by case. If your plans change, just call us and we'll work out the most practical meeting point.
Timing & payment
Same day is possible, but earlier is always safer.
Same-day rentals can work, but availability is limited, especially for bigger bundles or specific items. If you already know your dates, it is always better to book early.
Right now we accept cash, Revolut, and bank transfer. POS is coming soon.
Important note
Technical gear is for people who know how to use it.
We rent technical gear to people who already know how to use it safely. If you are new to climbing, canyoning, or similar activities, we can point you toward certified and experienced guides.
